01About this Notice

SingleSpoke Holdings LLC ("SingleSpoke," "we," "us" or "our") operates this website (the "Site"). This Privacy Notice describes how we collect, use and disclose personal information through the Site and related inquiries, publication requests and expressions of career interest.

Separate notices may apply to investment relationships, employment or other services. This Notice does not replace any financial privacy notice required by applicable law. Our Terms of Use govern use of the Site. Accepting those Terms or submitting a form does not waive privacy rights or provide consent to optional tracking or marketing.

02Information we collect

Information you provide. We collect your name, email address and message when you contact us. A whitepaper request may also include your company and job title. If you express career interest, we collect your selected role category and any professional profile or portfolio link you provide. We also receive information you choose to include in follow-up correspondence or application materials.

Technical information. We and the providers that operate the Site process information associated with website requests, such as IP addresses, request times, browser and device information, pages requested and error or diagnostic information. We use IP addresses to help limit abusive form submissions. Browser storage and external resources are described in Section 5.

We receive information directly from you, from your browser or device, and from providers supporting the Site and our communications. When you supply a professional profile or reference, we may review the information you direct us to as part of evaluating your inquiry or career interest. Please share other people's information only if you are authorized to do so.

Please do not submit government identification numbers, financial account credentials, medical information or other sensitive personal information through these forms. If additional information is legitimately needed for a separate process, we will explain the request and the appropriate submission method.

03How we use information

We use personal information to respond to inquiries; review and fulfill publication requests where appropriate; evaluate career interest; communicate about matters you raise; and maintain records of those interactions. Form submissions are routed to SingleSpoke by email.

We also use information to operate and troubleshoot the Site, prevent spam and misuse, protect our systems and legal rights, comply with applicable obligations and handle privacy requests. If we send promotional communications, we do so as permitted by applicable law and provide a way to opt out. A request for a publication is not consent to unrelated marketing.

04How we disclose information

We disclose information to providers that support website hosting, form processing, transactional email, business communications, security and technical operations, to the extent needed for those functions. Providers may process information on our behalf under applicable contractual restrictions, or for their own purposes where their role and applicable law permit. External resource providers are described in Section 5.

Information may also be available to SingleSpoke personnel and professional advisers who need it for the purposes described in this Notice. We may disclose information where you direct us to do so; to comply with law or lawful process; or where reasonably necessary to investigate misuse, protect rights or address a security issue.

If SingleSpoke is involved in a merger, acquisition, reorganization or transfer of business assets, relevant information may be disclosed to advisers and prospective or actual transaction parties, subject to appropriate confidentiality protections and applicable law.

We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, and we do not use personal information for targeted advertising.

05Browser storage and external resources

Where an access feature is enabled, the Site uses browser storage to remember that access has been granted. You can clear stored information through your browser settings; doing so may require you to re-enter access information. Hosting and security providers may also process request information to deliver and protect the Site.

Optional analytics. Only after you choose “Allow analytics”, our production website uses Google Analytics 4 to understand website traffic and usage. Analytics information includes cookie identifiers, pages viewed, browser and device information, approximate location, and events indicating completed whitepaper, contact and career inquiries. Cookie identifiers help distinguish browsers and recognize repeat visits. Google processes IP addresses to derive approximate location; Google states that Google Analytics does not log or store those IP addresses.

We rely on your consent for optional analytics. Google receives analytics information to provide the service. We do not send form contents, names, email addresses, company or job titles, professional links or selected career roles. We remove query strings and fragments from analytics page and referrer URLs. We do not use Google signals, advertising personalization, user-provided data or advertising profiling.

Learn more about how Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services.

Your cookie choice. Analytics is off until you explicitly opt in, regardless of your country. “Essential only” rejects analytics. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time through “Manage Cookies” in any footer; withdrawal stops measurements and removes our Google Analytics cookies. We store a necessary first-party browser preference record (ss-cookie-consent-v1) containing the notice version, your choice, decision and expiry times and prior acceptance time when applicable. Both choices expire after 180 days, when we ask again. Google Analytics cookies named _ga and _ga_* are configured to expire after 180 days without automatic renewal. Your browser may delete them sooner. Browser settings can also remove these cookies or the preference record; removing the preference turns analytics off until a new acceptance.

The Site currently loads font resources from Google Fonts. Your browser makes requests directly to Google to retrieve those resources, transmitting technical connection information. Google's handling of information is described in its privacy policy at policies.google.com/privacy.

06Retention

We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Notice, including responding to requests, evaluating career interest, maintaining relevant business records and meeting legal, regulatory or dispute-related obligations. Retention depends on the type and sensitivity of the information, the nature of the interaction, applicable requirements and whether continued retention is necessary.

When information is no longer needed, we delete it or de-identify it, subject to applicable legal requirements and ordinary backup and security procedures. Records needed to honor an opt-out or document a privacy request may be retained for that limited purpose.

07Security

We use administrative, technical and organizational measures intended to protect personal information against unauthorized access, loss or misuse. No website, email system or transmission method can be guaranteed secure. Please use an agreed secure channel for sensitive information rather than general inquiry forms or email.

08Your choices and privacy requests

You may choose whether to submit information. Without information needed to handle a request, we may be unable to respond or consider your expression of interest. To stop promotional emails, follow the unsubscribe instructions in the message or contact legal@singlespoke.com. We may still send non-promotional communications concerning a request you made, a transaction or a legal matter.

Depending on your location, the information involved and applicable law, you may have rights to access or obtain a copy of personal information, correct it, request deletion, obtain it in a portable format, withdraw consent where processing relies on consent, or object to or restrict certain processing. Applicable law may also provide rights to opt out of sale, sharing, targeted advertising or certain profiling, or to limit specified uses of sensitive personal information. These rights are subject to applicable conditions and exceptions.

To ask about or exercise a right, email legal@singlespoke.com with the subject "Privacy Request." We may need information reasonably necessary to verify your identity or an authorized agent's authority, depending on the request. We use verification information for that purpose and do not require identity verification for an opt-out where law prohibits it. Do not send identification documents or account credentials with your initial request.

We will respond within the period required by applicable law and explain any denial where required. If applicable law provides an appeal right, you may appeal by replying to our response or emailing the same address with the subject "Privacy Appeal." You may also contact an appropriate privacy regulator. We will not unlawfully discriminate or retaliate against you for exercising privacy rights.

09International visitors

SingleSpoke operates from the United States. Information may be processed in the United States and other countries where relevant providers operate, which may have different data protection laws from your location. Where applicable law requires safeguards for an international transfer, we will apply the required safeguards. Visiting the Site is not a substitute for any consent or transfer mechanism required by law.

10Children and external websites

The Site is intended for a professional adult audience and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can assess the matter and take appropriate action.

The Site may link to websites operated by others. Their handling of information is governed by their own privacy notices. This does not alter our responsibility for information we collect or disclose.

11Changes to this Notice

We may update this Notice as our practices or legal requirements change. We will post the revised Notice with an updated date and provide additional notice or obtain consent where applicable law requires it. An update does not by itself authorize a materially different use of previously collected information where further notice or consent is required.
